We enjoyed out stay a 927 SKOL. The pictures are accurate and the kitchen in well equipped. Perhaps too many appliances and not enough room for groceries as the counter space is limited. Limited cleaning supplies provided for a month long stay. Would have preferred to have someone come in and clean it once a week. No clean sheets provided for 2 weeks then they were changed every week. Did not like having to wash the sheets. The beds were ok, not overly comfortable and I had to go and buy my own pillows. However, the building is in a great location, it is very secure and clean. The space was fine when we were 2 people staying, but crowded with 4 of us. Not enough seating. I would recommend it, as the view is amazing and the balcony lovely to sit on. The bathrooms were spacious and the showers were good.

A fantastic week in Marbella at the end of March 23. Staying in one of Daniela's Skol Apartments means you are right at the centre of things and ideally located for the sea, the port, the old town and for walks along the Paseo. The pool is brilliantly refreshing in the late afternoon The apartment is comfortable and adequately kitted out for a stay of a week or two. The best bit was our balcony, which looks out over the sea down to the Rock and across to the Morroccan coast.

We stayed in a smaller 1 bedroom apartment for 8 weeks that was very neat and clean. The kitchen had newer appliances and all of the utensils and dishes you could possibly need. Any questions we had were quickly resolved by Daniela, an excellent host. The apartment location was superb with views of both the water and the mountains. Needless to say there are scores of shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance - no car required!

Thanks for a great stay in SKOL 623A BUT the windows in the front bedroom should be changed to soundproof glass. The street below is VERY noisy from the restaurants and bars emptying bottles at 4 am every morning and people screaming/singing after the bars close. The apartment is lovely, but the non soundproof windows make it hard to sleep. Your service was very good and we always love staying at SKOL. But next time we will choose an apartment facing the pool instead…

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable au sein de l’appart hôtel, nous avions réservé pour 1 semaine au nombre de 5 personnes au total ! La literie est aussi très confortable. Gros bémol cependant: l’accueil à la reception lors de l’arrivée et du départ ont été pitoyables, il n’ y a en effet pas de réceptionnistes mais que des vigiles qui vous regardent d’un air bête dès votre arrivée en estimant que vous devez être au courant de tout avant de votre arrivée. Nous avons eu l’impression d’être au commissariat à un moment donné, c’est abusé! Pensez à mettre des personnes du métier en hôtellerie et qualifié qui savent recevoir, l’expérience n’en sera que meilleure.

The Skol is a great place to stay. Daniela and Vincenzo are totally "on the ball" and took great care of us. The apartment we stayed in was bright clean and had everything we needed. We were Locked In for three months in 2020 and felt totally safe knowing Daniela and Vincenzo were always available to help us. Skol Apartments Marbella are highly recommended by me.

We stayed with Skol apartments for 7 days in Marbella. Despite the apartment not being in the actual Skol building (meaning we did not have access to the pool) the location was still amazing! One street away from the reception, beach and main strip. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you could imagine. It had a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and drying line, free wifi and multiple beach towels. We bumped into Vincenzo at reception and he was extremely friendly, told us to contact Daniella for further assistance to which she replied within minutes. We will definitely only be staying with Daniella and Vincenzo for our future returns to Marbella.
