Skol is a well managed complex that is perfectly situated on the promenade, and a short walk to Marbella's magical Old Town. Set among beautiful gardens and two pools, these apartments have amazing uninterrupted sea views, together with the La Concha mountain range that surrounds Marbella itself. We stayed in Apt. 921A, a fabulous modern east facing penthouse split over two levels. It has everything you need, stylish, with a homely feel! As a family, we have stayed at Skol many many times, and have always been extremely well looked after by Daniela at Skol Apartments Marbella. As always, Thank You Daniela and Vincenzo.

Once again we enjoyed a marvellous holiday in 717A. The apartment has been very tastefully refurbished and so convenient to all amenities. The views are spectacular, this is sunset taken from the apartment. We will be back again.

Staying here was amazing ! The apartment is very clean, very well equipped with everything that you may need during your stay. Daniela & Vincenzo were as always very helpful. Totally recommend !!!

Lo mejor su ubicación. Lo que menos me gustó fue lo viejo del EDF. Los ascensores son viejisimos y deberían renovar los Aires acondicionados. Por lo demás bastante bien. Buenas camas, buen baño..

We had our first family holiday here this summer and it was truly unforgettable. Due to Covid we had to postpone from last year, but Daniela was absolutely amazing and so accommodating and flexible when managing our booking. Das Skol ist ein gut gelegener Gebäudekomplex an der Strandpromenade von Marbella. Lage und Aussicht, von den vor allem in höheren Stockwerken gelegenen Apartments, ist super. Die Liegen am Pool kosten für den Tag 2 Euro, sind aber alle sehr schnell belegt (es miss teils lange dafür angestanden werden). Die pools sind alle super und einigermaßen gut gepflegt. Es gibt Bademeister die auf das Einhalten der Poolregeln achten! Allem in allem aber ein Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Beautiful apartment on the 5th floor looking out to the south east over the pools & the sea. The apartment is well catered with a large & a small bedroom. 3 single beds, (I think the sofa in the sitting room was a pull out double). I would have preferred a double bed in the large bedroom, but that is a personal choice. We had a small issue on arrival with a dripping aircon, but this was dealt with promptly & professionally which is all you can ask for. It is well cared for and well maintained with all the utensils you might need in the kitchenette. A great location for walking the promenade and accessing the beaches & restaurants. It's also only a 10 minute stroll up to the old town. We had a great time here.

Another amazing holiday in the Skol apartments. Daniela and Vincenzo were a pleasure to book through and were so accommodating. The apartment was amazing and had everything we could want. Fantastic experience and can't wait to return. Best trip to the Skol yet!

Daniela & Vincenzo are very professional and respond immediately to any queries. Always visible in the area and very easily contactable. The apartment that we stayed in was in immaculate condition and extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend. The location is fantastic and all amenities are on your doorstep.

I stayed here from 13-21 June 2022. Room was exactly as seen in photos. Very clean, quiet AC and high quality appliences, great view The room would get 5 stars on its own, accomodation is on the promenade with steps to the beach. I was told that Daniela and Vincenzo were great by a few separate sources before arriving but they absolutely blew my expectations away. Even if I didn't like the accomodation (whitch I do, it was fantastic) I would not go anywhere else in the Marbella area because of these guys. Whilst I was booking, I emailed them for advice on my room, you should do the same. Also check out their Instagram to see a day in the life in SKOL and Marbella - Marbella.holidays. "I'l be back"

Tuvimos una excelente estadía!! Todo en Skol estuvo increíble, el apartamento, grande, limpio, con mucha luz y a solo 2 minutos de la playa!! El apartamento tenía absolutamente todo lo que necesitábamos. Daniela nos ayudo mucho con las solicitudes que hicimos y nos consiguió taxi a las 4am. 😅Mi lugar favorito para quedarme en Marbella siempre será Skol!

We have been staying in Skol apartments Marbella through Daniela and Vincenzo for several years. Daniela is so friendly and easy to deal with. Always responds promptly to any requests we have, both prior to travelling and while we are there. We are a family of 6, and she always provides us with the right accomodation at a reasonable price. We are looking forward to our next stay at the Skol! Many thanks to Daniela and Vincenzo.

BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE We stayed in these appartments in May we booked with booking.com the description given is not correct . It says that the appartment is in block 11( this is where our transport dropped and picked us up again booked through booking.com) floor 2 . It is in fact in block 7 floor 8 . The appartment is one of the most basic I've seen the smell of drains as you walk through the door is appalling. If you take a look at the pics again on the site they are the worst ones on there . It is NOT front line it is the 2nd row sea veiw between 2 other blocks of appartments. I phoned Daniella when we arrived in block 11 only to be told its not that one its block 7 . I phoned again to tell her it was not on the 2nd floor her abrupt answer was what do you have vertigo and there was nothing else . We had to stay as both parties were not interested I again contacted Daniella re an information pack which was meant to be in the place no reply also you cannot use the safe as they give you the safe code I asked again how to change it guess what no reply . Thank god the appartments have some lovely tenants in who were able to help with some of the issues as both parties were not at all interested . An absolute disgrace please do not book here .

Excellent stay. Very Clean. Highly recommended if staying in Marbella, lovely view. Clean Pool and outdoor area. Competitively priced.
