Lovely, clean & well-appointed apartment on top 2 floors of victorian house, close to centre of Whitby. 2 bedrooms in attic which were v warm due to weather. Unfortunately, we couldn't keep velux windows open because of rain.

The owner of this property has done a wonderful job in renovating it - the space is extremely efficiently used, and the decor is fantastic. The location is also superb, walkable into the centre of Hexham with its abbey and facilities, and quick to get to nearby attractions along Hadrian's Wall etc. I feel the owner is being let down by Host & Stay, however, who have a rather parsimonious approach - there are four beds in this property, but for a full week we were provided with only: one tiny bin bag; no soap for the kitchen sink; no washing up liquid; no surface cleaner or similar products; and two loo rolls. This compares rather poorly to other experiences I've had with similar companies (e.g. AirBnB, Finest Retreats). In addition, for those considering staying here, it's worth noting that it really is quite a small property, especially the bathroom, and the car parking space is a nightmare to park in.

Absolutely great customer service and satisfaction. Quick and positive response always. Almost 24/7 customer service. Responsive and helpful. They do their job promptly without your asking, and they check up on you regularly. Thank you, Host and Stay! It was amazing dealing with you.

My whole experience with Host & Stay has been wonderful. The communication was great and the welcome package they send on checkin was exceptional, it contained everything you could possibly need about the property and the local area too.

Great location for everything in the Liverpool City Centre! New & contemporary, simple decoration made it a clean & comfortable & cosy stay. Nice to have a balcony - but the view was rubbish, but didn’t really bother us! Great to have a secure car park space & the host had excellent communication with us for any questions!

Spent last weekend In Liverpool Fleet Street Apartment with my brother, cousin and our friend who was celebrating his birthday. Had a really good weekend. The Apartment was really clean and tidy and it had all the facilities we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful if we needed anything. Just dont stay here if you like a peaceful nights sleep as there is a lot of noise from Fusion Nightclub across the street, but that didnt bother us.

Perfect, cosy, clean, modern apartment in centre of Liverpool. Extremely close to Q Park on Hanover Street which, with discount code from host, was only £18 for 24 hours. Communication was spot on with clear instructions from parking, to accessing property to departure instructions. Will definitely stay here again when in Liverpool.

The apartment was perfect for our 8 night stay. Spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped, plenty of hot water - on on the ground floor. The location was good being within a few minutes of shops, restaurants, pubs, beach and especially the wonderful Peaseholme Park. Highly recommended.

We recently stayed at the Parkside Villa in Harrogate for my Best Friends Hen Party. It was perfect, this house was made for a weekend of fun with the girls. The bedrooms were stunning, there were 12 of us and not once did it feel overcrowded. The kitchen/diner was a great space for our PJ Party, and the NEON light sign was so pretty! It was close by for everything we booked, we could walk everywhere and didn’t need any taxis. We did the escape room, pottery painting, Thai at The Giggling Squid and then onto Manahatta & Revs and the morning of checked out we wandered just 10 minutes for a good Spoons breakfast! Really couldn’t fault it and I will be recommending my SIL who gets married next year!

Be careful of this company. I’ve had a lot of hassle sorting out a deposit I paid and haven’t had refunded in full. I stayed in Cheviot House, Seahouses over Easter weekend. They took a card payment and after confirming the property was left in good order have withheld some of the deposit for no reason. My booking terms state this would be refunded in full. Complete hassle and only sorted by chance on my account, after they had confirmed the full refund would be paid. Please watch out as they don’t seem very honest.

No issues overall within the house itself, however there are few issues and concerns which everyone should know:- 1. Damage protection - You will not be told about this prior to the booking however once you book the property after few welcome and thank you text you will receive a text where it says it is mandatory to have damage protection prior to arrival which slightly pissed me off at last minute. Its a £25 damage waiver no refund or £250 security deposit fully refundable excluding £10 admin charge fee quite not sure what admin is needed to be done there however you basically give away your £10. 2. Constant Text - If you are planning there to stay for relaxing and having a peaceful holiday then you will not as you will receive a constant text on your phone about what needs to be done and all that from host. 3. Check in and Check out - Never seen any place where check in time is so late at 1600hrs and check out at 1000hrs. It says you can request for early check in but in reality you won’t get it. You will get kind reply saying they’ll try it before you make you security deposit once you make a deposit you will only get your answer. There is not a single day where the host is not texting you. A day before check out even if you know they will send you a friendly reminder text which they say so but sounds like a threat that they will charge you £250 if you stay any longer that 1000hrs on actual check out day. Once you make a £250 deposit you just follow whatever they say. Basically you pay for 2 nights however if you count hour its 1night and half a day. Still waiting for my £240 deposit back, they will ask you to pay it for smooth check in during arrival and will constantly bombard you with text but once you check out it will never be mentioned. I have asked them to refund my deposit and have no respond yet.

We stayed as a group of 6 recently to catch up with friends. Location was absolutely top for nightlife, everything is on your doorstep which was ideal for us. Charlie could not have been more helpful. He kept myself informed with all updates on the booking and made sure myself and the others had a very enjoyable experience. Once we return back to Liverpool this is the place we will be staying in future.

Had a wonderful stay at Seven Stays Apartment Hotel. It was extremely clean and perfect for what we wanted. Having a concierge at the door was definitely a plus. Would definitely recommend staying there. You are central to everywhere especially down town Liverpool. If I ever get a chance to go to Liverpool again I would rebook here.

We stayed for Aintree races. The apartment was very big, the location was great, the beds were comfy and in general it was very clean. Would definitely stay again

There is an additional fee that is not mentioned that you have to day before you get the keys. Was not sent the codes for the door and lock boxes. Spare key was missing which they kept telling us our safety was important but didn’t do anything about it and the balcony door was broken. Also ask for the WiFi we couldn’t it. The place could also do with a proper clean it wasn’t filthy but it feels like only a quick clean was done before us as there were a couple of sticky drinks marks in places. But it’s in a great location and the bed was comfy as they mention it is in a party area and can be loud at night so keep that in mind but the noise didn’t bother us

The holiday experience was lovely, but the £250 deposit they insist on you paying is completely unnecessary, and the £10 admin fee they have the nerve to charge you before refunding it is an absolute rip off. Look up the property you like on another site that doesn't have this ridiculous policy.

Really cozy house in a lovely location. Very handy pub 200 yards away that does great food. The communication from the hosts was first class too. Would definitely stay again
