We stayed at Sandside Beach House in Saltburn, absolutely amazing modern apartment, with everything you could need. 2 mins walk to centre of town & 5 mins walk to the beach. Perfect, we would return without hesitation. I found host & stay to be extremely professional and responsive. We always choose them when staying in Saltburn as we know the standard of accommodation will be high - thanks!

Lovely clean property, plenty of cups plates ect, comfy beds and pillows, we really enjoyed our stay it was only two nights but a welcomed break, hoping to use this company again in the not too distant future.

Very good location - very conveniently located if you are not driving. Flat is spacious and very luminous, beds are comfortable, shower room and separate toilets are a plus. But - neither toilets had been cleaned and we had to buy the cleaning products and do it ourselves despite raising it as an issue as soon as we arrived. There was no toilet paper. One chair was missing and another one was broken/wobbly. There were not enough glasses/cutlery for 4 guests (to be fair we were just 3 but that could be an issue for other visitors. Customer service unhelpful.

The cleanest place I have ever stayed in. Nicely furnished, spacious, warm (a cold foggy two days), great mattress and pillows, all mod cons, quiet and all in a wonderful architectural and historic building. I'll be back!

ROOFTOP APARTMENTS WHITBY. DO NOT LET THE ENTERANCE PUT YOU OFF!! Very clean spacious apartment. Everything you need for your stay. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is very good. On the seafront. 5 minute walk into Whitby. Would definatley be booking again.

Location was excellent. Flat was very clean and well equipped. It was ready 4 hours before the due time! Comfortable bed. We stayed in January and the heating was excellent. Parking was a bonus. our party had 2 cars, 1 in the underground parking slot and 1 in one of the V(visitor) parking bays nearby. I needed to message the local manager with a query. She phoned back immediately and solved my problem in a very pleasant manner. Brilliant!

Dirty, rotting bin in cupboard that absolutely stank the apartment out, stains on couch that were easily cleaned off by us, Had to bleach the bathroom plug holes to get rid of stench from running the tap. Communal stairwell dirty and tatty also. A shame really as a very nice apartment in a great location.

Think twice before booking with Host & Stay. Apartment hadn't been serviced or cleaned since the last guests. We arrived to an open bin liner full of dirty bedding and towels in the main bedroom, no new bedding had been put on, and no towels provided. After exchanging emails Host & Stay eventually acknowledged it hadn't been cleaned. However they have refused to offer compensation or refund any of the cost of the apartment. They have begrudgingly refunded the cleaning fee but didn't even offer this straight away, and when they did they described it as a 'good will gesture'.

Excellent place to stay lovely appartment very modern comfy bed lots of storage for your clothes etc everything in the kitchen you need for your stay . Great shower and nice big TV and WiFi works ok no problem everything was brill only fault would be only one mirror in the bathroom would be nice to have one in the bedroom. It was so close to the town centre which was great .

Accommodations always fantastic, it’s the host and stay company that have now lost my business £250 deposit for 3 weeks and a £10 admin charge as a waiver, disgusting.

Rose Cottage, a nice play to stay. Perfect location, quiet and very well epuipped with large and clean bathrooms and bedrroms (confortable beds), well heated. Good quality/price ratio. Very great back up from hosts, excellent communication (serious, responsive and friendly). Just a small downside regarding cleanliness in the kitchen (papers next to the bin and corners not very clean) and the park , not very good. We had a lovely stay in Stokesley.

We had a wonderful stay at The Hayloft. Spotlessly clean, really comfortable & cosy, and the hosts had thought of everything with lots of special touches. It was too fleeting a visit for us so we hope to return to this beautiful location in the future.

What a difference a year makes. Left this company as useless. They were making more money out of our properties than we were! Had guests moan about there lack of customer service also.
