The house was five minutes walk to everything in Seahouses. It had everything you need for you stay including bedding and towels. The place was very well presented and in very good condition. It has a good size garden as well. Only complaint was the wife found the master bedroom bed very uncomfortable ( hard ) but it was ok for me. We would both stay here again.

Very enjoyable few days spent at this quite modern property just north of Seahouses. Good location as the parking is easy when compared to the town but this is just a short walk / drive away anyway. Extremely well equipped property and easy to live in once you've become accustomed to the bedrooms being on the floor below the lounge / kitchen! Took us a short while to reprogram our brains to accommodate this basic fact. Great area to explore and would thoroughly recommend for a couple or small family. See view to the Farnes from Velux window below (with telephone wire Photoshopped out!)

A group of 4 of stayed at Ebb Tide in Whitby last week. Ebb Tide is an extremely comfortable and well presented Victorian property a short, but quite steep, walk from the harbour. There’s parking for one car at the front of the house, otherwise street parking. There’s a co-op a five/ten minute walk away with plenty of bars, restaurants nearby. The house has 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 people, two bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom are on the first floor and one bedroom in the loft space which has a stunning en suite bathroom. However, the stairs are quite steep, which was a bit of a struggle for our slightly less mobile member. The kitchen is very well equipped and the living and dining rooms are perfect for meals and relaxing. The beds are very comfortable with good bedding and the bedrooms are spacious with pretty much everything one needs, although a chair would be a good idea in each room. As mentioned, the bathrooms are stunning, large free standing baths and walk in showers in each of them with decent towels. There is a small rear courtyard, however this area is the reason for our overall score of 4. There is a table and chairs and other seating but it hadn’t been cleaned. There were bags of rubbish dumped by the rear gate and lots of dried on bird poo all over, including on the doors and windows, not good at all. I did report this but it wasn’t attended to during our stay. Overall, we had a lovely stay and I would recommend this property but would suggest being mindful of the steep walk back from the town centre and the quite steep stairs. That said, we’d stay again if we were a group of at least 4 and our less mobile person wasn’t with us.

A lovely apartment, airy, clean and bright with very secure access. Convenient parking with the use of scratch card system in Scarborough, always a parking space right outside accommodation. The only negative (if at all a negative point), would be to have additional blackout roller blinds (in addition to valet blinds) in bedrooms - obviously not a problem if staying during winter months or you dont mind early morning brightness during summer months. would definitely stay their again

The apartment we stayed at was very nice. But...they are the only agency I have come across that actually charges £250 to your credit card as a security deposit and then charges you £10 to refund it. What a rip off.

The ‘Penthouse’ @ Prospect Hill The living area had not been cleaned there were crackers on the floor, long dark hair, bits of food and general dirt everywhere and there was a babies dummy under the TV table! The fridge hadn’t been cleaned properly, there was what looked like dried spilt milk on one of the shelves. The chairs in the kitchen had crumbs on some of them, the kitchen bin had dirty handprints and food around the edge. The balcony window in the living room had greasy handprints on the glass. The bottom panel to the shower was damaged. The stairs had not been hoovered there was a feather and bits of loose dirt from top to bottom. There was no hand wash provided. The coffee machine continually leaks water from underneath. This is not good when you can’t access the apartment until 16:00 and have to be out by 10:00 for cleaning! Host & Stay will not even refund the cleaning fee. Also, we thought that the apartment was much smaller than it looks online and on the pictures it’s not obvious that the patio doors open out onto a busy main road, so we never have those open even though it was nice weather. It would’ve been a far better design to have had patio doors at the back of the apartment

My experience of staying in this apartment is very positive. The apartment is very nicely decorated and very well equipped with everything you need to live. The location is also very good. A great view from the windows completes the whole. Bonus - parking space next to the apartment. Scaffolding work didn't bother us, maybe because we stayed only 2 nights. Reasonable price. I recommend it very much.

Dishonest company. They introduce new unadvertised 'fees' after you have paid for the accommodation in full.

Would provide 5 stars but attention to detail lacking. Owful drains smell on arrival from shower waste which took a while to air out after buying a load of bleach. Carpet and upholstery in need of cleaning, no provision of hand washing soap in toilet/washroom. Only 1 set of towels for a 4-night stay. Nice mordern appartment, clean and comfotable in a great location. Would use again.

What a luxury treat in the heart of Harrogate. Absolutely fabulous apartment with everything what you need for your stay. There was nothing I missed there. We enjoyed our dining at fantastic restaurants within 5 minutes walk max. City centre location is the best decision.

Awesome place for a romantic getaway. Beautifully decorated apartment with everything you need on hand, and just a ten minute walk through the park to the harbour.

Horrible company, was left at a property with no front door lock, bathroom taps that didn't work, and apauling cleaning,. will never use again, looked through reviews and all the things I've mentioned were also mentioned way before my stay, and yet they say they knew nothing about them, I'm still trying to resolve this with booking .com, weeks later

A lovely tastefully decorated cottage in a great location, very comfortable beds and a new sofa which had featured in previous reviews! We had everything we needed for an amazing stay. We had an issue with a missing hairdryer which was quickly and efficiently resolved. Great communication. Really recommend this cottage and this company.
