Wonderful little house which is located in a back street. Well equipped and close to shops, 10 mins walk to Didsbury village. Beautiful interior design, very modern take. Responsive hosts, will definitely book again.

We stayed in one prospect cottage over the weekend, where the house is situated is beautiful. The house was very spacious, off road parking , and the scenery is breathtaking. Unfortunately the house itself wasn't clean to a high standard, and we had a few issues with the WiFi. But the team at host & stay are very helpful, and do they're out most best to help. Also reply promptly with any queries you have.

Nice easy instructions on entry location etc . Place was spotless and nice little extras on the side coffe pods milk etc . Bathrooms all nice and clean with little extras as well . Ideal location with safe parking and short walk into the centre of town but far enough for it to be nice and quiet at night . We will be using it again in the future .

Great stay at The Nook in Saltburn. Geoff, contacted us personally before our arrival and pulled out all the stops to get us into the property before our actual check in time. Was there to meet us on arrival and talked us through all the need to knows about the property. The personal touch was a welcome change from contactless arrival. A beautiful accommodation with amazing views and a stone throw away from all the local attractions. Will definitely be coming back again. Thank you Geoff and family.

Exactly as shown in the pictures, Charlie was really friendly over the messages and super quick to reply to any of our questions! The staff at the main office were also really kind and made it easy to drop off our bags.

Wonderful cottage - really clean and beautifully decorated. Great location in the hidden gem of Bellingham very close to pubs and shops. There are plenty of lovely walks from the cottage and Kielder is no more than 15 minutes drive away for the more adventurous.

Great apartment in a great location in Whitby. Good sized bedrooms with King Size beds. Two bathrooms, ensuite with shower cubicle. Well stocked kitchen. We would definiteley recommend "Rest Assured" to anybody. We had a great stay in a lovely apartment.

Rick pipit Whitby, great location, property has everything you need clean and tidy and close to the harbour not far to walk to shops, pubs, restaurants and beach . Host and stay had great communication answering any questions very quickly. Only down side and reason it’s not 5star is wrong parking pass was supplied by host and stay so I ended up with a parking ticket, spoke to host and stay and basically not there problem for using the wrong days pass even though supplied by them.

Had a great 2 night stay at the Old Chapel, Whitby. The photos looked good on the Airbnb site but in reality they didn’t do it justice. Our jaws dropped further and further with every room we walked into. We were so taken by it that we stayed in and ate in on both nights, it wouldn’t have been right do to anything else. Would definitely stay there again and will be telling our family and friends all about it.

Hostandstay sent a mismatched postcode and address. Their deposit system is a rip-off. There were some unresolved issues in the Cove Hideaway building including dirty pots, television with no reception, paper thin walls and a leaking bath. Not recommended
